Get to know me.

I’m Laura, a certified Personal Trainer, Pre/Post Natal Specialist and Nutrition Coach with a passion for supporting clients to feel more energetic, strong and confident in their own skin. 

I work with my clients to help them find a healthy balance of training that they actually enjoy, and are most likely to stick to. I firmly believe that life is for living and that training should be a fun part of it, not a controlling factor.

I specialize in pre/post natal fitness and approach my perinatal clients in the same way as I do the rest, every body and pregnancy is different and training should be specific to your needs each step of the way. If something changes in your pregnancy, so will our approach. Our sessions will be collaborative and adapt to how you are feeling both physically and mentally week on week. 

My personal approach to fitness has evolved drastically over the course of my life & career. I find that the more I train for enjoyment and health, rather than aesthetics, the more I enjoy my training and the more flexible my approach has become. I’m a busy mom and don’t have hours to spend in the gym training myself like I used to. I do what I can and I love how exercise makes me feel, which drives me to keep going.

1-on-1 personal training tailored to you. We'll figure out what movement and training schedule works best to fit your needs, goals and lifestyle. Homework and habit coaching always included.

1:1 $130 / session
2:1 $105 pp / session
3:1 $90 pp / session

 

Nutrition Coaching

We’ll start with a deep dive into your lifestyle and identify small behavior changes that will make a big difference over time. My focus is on consistency and sustainability, and I’ll never ask you to give up foods that you love, or judge the choices you make.

$250 / month, 3 month commitment

- 45 min kick off call in month 1

Pre/Post Natal

1-on-1 personal training tailored to your individual pregnancy / postpartum journey. No person, fitness background or pregnancy is the same - we'll work together to find the best way to keep you strong and active during your pregnancy. Homework and habit coaching always included.

$130 / session
2:1 $105 pp / session
3:1 $90 pp / session

 

Community Classes

If you, or anyone you know, is in need of exercise based support during pregnancy or postpartum but individual training doesn’t fit the budget. I host weekly community classes at Truve Fit in Oakland.

$0 - no cost to participate in class
