Community classes

This class is for those who are trying to conceive, pregnant or postpartum. I consider anyone who has ever had a child to be postpartum, and it’s never to late to work on core and pelvic floor function!

We'll focus on:
- Breathing mechanics for core connection
- Pelvic floor strengthening + relaxation
- Glute strength and pelvic stability
- Balance and stability
- Functional movements for motherhood
- Total body strengthening
- Cardio to help us chase little people around!

Classes are hosted at Truve Fit in Oakland and are completely free of charge.
